

DELIVERY TIME
We try to deliver your order immediately and expect you to have your package within 1 week after you place your order. See any delivery information under each product as the delivery time may vary slightly.
PAYMENT
Via Klarna Checkout, you choose the payment method that suits you best. You choose this on the checkout page.
SHIPPING
Your order is sent by DHL. A shipping and handling fee of EURO 10 is charged per order.
EXCHANGE / RETURN OF GOODS
If you want to change an item, return the incorrect item and order the new one via the shop. You will be credited the money for the returned item as soon as it is received by us. Use the enclosed return shipping note. A return fee of EURO 10 is deducted from the credit.
FAULT DELIVERIES
1. Send us an e-mail at info@skhoop.se and explain your case. We send out a return slip and you return your product in original packaging.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS

RESERVATIONS
SKHOOP i Åre AB reserves us for whether an item is sold out or has been discontinued. We can not promise that all images reproduce exact colors and guarantee the true appearance of the products. We also reserve the right to make certain “printing errors” on this web shop.
RIGHT OF RETURN
You always have a 30-day right of return after you have received your item. This only applies if the product is unused and returned in original packaging. Upon return, the customer is responsible for the shipping.
COMPLAINTS
1. In the case of complaints please e-mail us as soon as you discover the defect in your item. info@skhoop.se
2. We will send a return slip if we judge that the item is defective.
3. Return the item that we will fix, or replace with new (as long as it remains in stock) when we have approved the complaint. Should it be the case that the product is out of stock, we pay compensation for what the product cost the customer at the time of purchase.
