Shipment and delivery

How will my product be delivered?

Items ordered via www.skhoop.se will be sent by DHL Parcel Connect. You´ll be contacted by the forwarder for further information about your delivery. If you haven´t been contacted within 10 days don´t hesitate to send us an email and we´ll help you further info@skhoop.se

Return & Refund

For return all items must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
Please use the return label provided in the parcel.
Please note, a return handling cost of 10 € will be deducted per order.
As soon as the return is received by our warehouse we´ll make you a creditnote.
